With this week having a focus on well being, Year 3 have had a relaxing afternoon after a hard weeks work. Relaxing music and scenic images set the mood for a enjoyable session of mindful colouring. Children had the opportunity to experience the ‘chill out den’ where they could take themselves away to relax and watch a projected lights display. We then finished off the afternoon with a therapeutic yoga session. All the children had a wonderful time and will hopefully sleep well tonight!
