On Thursday 28th March our School Councillors took part in the ‘Keep Britain Tidy’ campaign . Armed with litter pickers, plastic gloves and bin bags they set off around the local streets on a mission to have a spring clean!

Every day millions of things that could be reused or recycled end up being thrown away. The ‘Keep Britain Tidy’ campaign inspires people to end waste for now and future generations.

Waste is everyone’s problem and everyone has a role to play in the solution. The little things we can all do will, together, make a big difference.

Our School Councillors did an excellent job today and we are really proud of their attitude in wanting to make our local environment a much cleaner and safer place.

I have had the pleasure of working at Park since I graduated from Chester Teacher Training College. Both my children attended Park Primary and have become successful in their careers. I love my role as Deputy Head teacher and especially enjoy having the opportunity to work in all classes. I am very proud to work at Park Primary and always take an interest in the careers of past pupils. My hobbies are walking, spending time with my friends and family.
