Nick from Open Door collected 8 Christmas hampers
Today the children in Year 4 were very proud of themselves as they donated 8 Christmas hampers to Open Door in Colne . Every day in December the children have brought in food items to help people less fortunate than themselves . Nick from Open Door came to our advent assembly and explained to the children where their donations will be going to .
Hello, I’m Mrs Turner. I have been teaching at Park for over twenty eight years – I may have taught some of your parents! I have spent many years teaching in Key Stage 1 but more recently in Year 5 and 6, and now Year 3. I have 2 teenage boys so spend lots of time watching football and cricket. In between marking lots of books, I like to go to the gym.
