Park has the X Factor!

We were ‘Xtremely’ lucky today to have a very ‘Xciting’ visitor in school. Georgia Burgess performed some well known hits for us all outside at our very own concert, spoke to the children in the hall and answered many of their questions. Georgia has recently been on our TV screens as she made it through to the judges’ houses stage of X Factor, Georgia’s mentor was Simon Cowell. Georgia spoke to the children about following their dreams, to persevere and to not give up at the first hurdle. Despite not making it through to the live shows, Georgia is incredibly busy working with very famous artists such as Rudimental. She writes a lot of songs not only for herself, but for other artists and TV shows. Georgia’s visit was very inspiring to the children, showing us that we can achieve our dreams if we work hard. Thank you Georgia for an exciting and enjoyable afternoon.
