This week, Park Primary School put down their pens and pencils for a whole day!

Each class arranged different exciting activities that focused on developing children language, working memory, social skills and vocabulary. The day included oral narratives, performing play scripts, practical fractions, listening games and many more.

We celebrated No Pen Wednesday because here at Park Primary we recognise that communication is at the core of everything we do. Learning to communicate effectively has a profound impact on all children’s education and future lives!

I would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff at Park for organising another special day and well done to Logan Brown (6G) who was awarded with a story telling certificate for his fabulous engaging story that he spoke aloud with tremendous intonation and expression!
