Class 6B have spent time learning about D-Day and the heroic events which took place 75 years ago. They read about the men who were parachuted in behind enemy lines and thought about how to make an effective parachute themselves. They had a “cracking” time testing their ideas with raw eggs – with mixed results!
I have taught at Park for the last fourteen years. Originally from the north-east, I graduated from the University of Hull and then worked in the insurance industry for several years. Having raised my family, I decided to follow my dream and completed my PGCE at Hope University in Liverpool.
