High Adventure for Year 5

Before the holidays 32 children from Year 5 enjoyed a residential trip to High Adventure in Cowling. Despite the snowy weather the children enjoyed activities such as climbing , abseiling and underground caving. Along with Mrs Turner, Mrs Lucas, Mrs Whittaker and Miss Whalley, the children had to make their own beds, make their own packed lunch and tidy up after themselves. Mrs Turner was so proud of how the children faced their fears and persevered when they were scared. We had lots of fun even though the weather was freezing !
