Girls go for glory!

The girls’ football team played their first round of matches tonight at Fisher More. After putting in the hard work in training, it was finally time to see the results! In our first game we romped home to a 4-0 win over Bradley; Lucie scoring a hat trick and Grace W netting the other. Second up was a strong St Michaels team, however this didn’t deter the girls who cruised home home to a 5-0 win; Lucie was on the scoresheet again with 4 and Tia completing the rout. Our final game was against Gisburn Road – again the girls put into practice all the drills learnt in training and walked home to a 3-0 win, with Lucie, Tia and Leah on the scoresheet.
