Today, Key Stage 2, were treated to a fabulous performance by a professional singer,Duncan Heather. As well as singing a solo, he managed to get all the children singing in harmony.Duncan is the Compere for ”The Last Choir Singing’.His passion for performance started at a young age. In his teens, he was a member of a 50 strong Pop/Rock choir,performing all over the South of England as a featured Lead Vocalist.
Our school choir are looking forward to meeting him again on Wednesday night at Colne Municpal Hall, where they will be competing in the first heat of the ‘Last Choir Singing.’
I have had the pleasure of working at Park since I graduated from Chester Teacher Training College. Both my children attended Park Primary and have become successful in their careers. I love my role as Deputy Head teacher and especially enjoy having the opportunity to work in all classes. I am very proud to work at Park Primary and always take an interest in the careers of past pupils. My hobbies are walking, spending time with my friends and family.
