Our first day has been a very enjoyable one! After setting off early this morning, we arrived at the Chestnut Centre where we got up close and personal with a variety of rare and wonderful creatures. A highlight for many of the children was getting to feed the fallow deer, that inhabit the estate, by hand. We then made our way to The Nightingale Centre, where the children were shown to their rooms, tucked into a scrumptious curry for tea and then polished off sponge and custard for desert. We are currently ‘winding down’ now on the park, with the boys enjoying a game of football with some of the local children.
