Year 6 children had a fabulous time at the Robotics Day at Burnley College. We had the opportunity to take part in 3D printing, control a robot with a remote and direct robots to write and fill a cup.
We returned to the College on Friday and took part in a sports science event, we tested our heart rates after exercising and even had the opportunity to dissect a lamb’s heart.
It was brilliant, thank you to Burnley College!
I am an Assistant Headteacher at Park Primary School. I actually attended this school as a child and couldn’t think of anywhere better to work; I love teaching and think it a very rewarding job. I enjoy holidays away with my family and we love camping and being outdoors with our dog, Oscar.
