Despite the typical British weather, some of the children in Mrs Byrom’s class were out on their bikes. They are taking part in “Bikeability”sessions aimed at increasing their confidence on a bike and their awareness of safety, especially when out on the roads. Over the next couple of weeks all of the children in Year Six will have the opportunity to participate…hopefully the weather will improve!
I have taught at Park for the last fourteen years. Originally from the north-east, I graduated from the University of Hull and then worked in the insurance industry for several years. Having raised my family, I decided to follow my dream and completed my PGCE at Hope University in Liverpool.
