School Councillors Road Watch!

Our school council meeting was a little bit different today as we were out and about catching road offenders with the police!

As part of the Road Watch Scheme we had to question drivers who were not following the law. Drivers who were not wearing seat belts, speeding or on their mobile phones were asked to pull over by the police and face our school councillors with a set of harsh questions!

Drivers that were questioned were apologetic and told the children that they had learnt a valuable lesson and would always think about their actions in future.

The majority of offences were drivers not wearing seat belts so the children delivered a really important message …

“Clunk Click every trip,it’s your safety you are putting at risk!!!!”

Mrs J. Greenwood

I have had the pleasure of working at Park since I graduated from Chester Teacher Training College. Both my children attended Park Primary and have become successful in their careers. I love my role as Deputy Head teacher and especially enjoy having the opportunity to work in all classes. I am very proud to work at Park Primary and always take an interest in the careers of past pupils. My hobbies are walking, spending time with my friends and family.
