On Tuesday 13th November, Radio Lancashire presenter Sally Naden, who is part of the five day rickshaw Power to the Tower challenge, brought a very special visitor to our school –  Pudsey Bear!

The children waited eagerly, as the team cycled up Rutland Street, then as Pudsey entered the school playground everyone cheered and chanted, ‘Pudsey,Pudsey!’

Pudsey demonstrated his latest dance moves which the children thoroughly enjoyed. One child stated that this was the best day of his life!

Thank you to Tish who made Pudsey Bear biscuits for all the children.

Pudsey would like to say a big  thank you to all the children who have supported and  donated money to this worthy charity.

As they continue their journey through Lancashire, they hope more people will get involved, like Park Primary School, to support the 54 projects Children in Need funds.
