Yesterday morning, KS2 had a special visitor (Mr William from LUPPA) in school who delivered an assembly discussing Mental Health.  He focused on having positive speech, a positive mindset and being resilient.

The children had to put some ‘worries’ in a ‘Worry Box’ which the teachers walked around with and collect.  These ideas were then discussed and strategies explained on how to overcome them.

Mr Williams also had a few jokes to tell making the assembly a rather humorous one!  “Two Mexican firefighters – HoseA and HoseB”
