This week, our year group assemblies have focused on encouraging children to be aware of danger and to help them become more responsible for their own safety. With the help of ‘Egg Bert’ and a safety helmet, the children learnt a valuable lesson on the importance of wearing protective clothing. After dropping poor ‘Egg Bert’- whose head became smashed into pieces- the children discussed preventative measures that could have been taken!
I have had the pleasure of working at Park since I graduated from Chester Teacher Training College. Both my children attended Park Primary and have become successful in their careers. I love my role as Deputy Head teacher and especially enjoy having the opportunity to work in all classes. I am very proud to work at Park Primary and always take an interest in the careers of past pupils. My hobbies are walking, spending time with my friends and family.
