Last week, a lucky group of boys and girls from Year 4 got the chance to take part in a Dodgeball event at Fisher More High School. The girls and boys who represented Park’s Dodgeball team had lots of fun, and they even learnt some new skills along the way!
The event was split into to parts; in the first half of the tournament Park played 2 matches against two different schools and we won them both! The start of the second half didn’t go to plan and we ended up losing the first game but we brought it back in the last game and ended up winning the match.
Well done boys and girls on such a good performance, you all set a brilliant example for Park’s Dodgeball team.
Hi, my name is Mr Farry and I’m a Year 5 teacher. After spending a few years at Park, I consider myself very much part of a great team in a great school.I am now the P.E coordinator, which is great as I am a very active person and love sport. This is reflected in my class, whereby I ensure the children receive lots of physical activity in a week.
