Yesterday in class 3C we discussed mindfulness. We talked about what mindfulness means and how we can clear our minds. Then we took part in some meditation, focusing on our breathing which helped us to clear our minds. To finish the session we made some mind jars. Our minds often become cloudy, unclear and occupied with past and future events; by practising mindfulness through breathing meditation we can make our mind clear like the water. Emotions & thoughts have space to clear allow us to make better decisions and see things as they really are.
