On Tuesday we kicked off our anti-bullying week with odd sock day. Wearing odd socks shows that it’s ok to be different and we’re all unique.

The children learnt the official odd sock song and discussed ways of accepting our differences. We also had a special assembly by Phil Downing who defined what bullying is and discussed how the children can deal with bullying issues. Phil advised the children to put on their tethlon suits and become resilient ,starting with a change in their own behaviour and attitudes. The children will continue to discuss how to make changes in school to prevent bullying.
