The Year 3 children have been completing some extra, yummy work at home on top of their normal learning. They have been making, baking and smiling in preparation for a Confectionary competition offered through Lancashire School Library Service cleverly linked to literature. The children were to make and create sweets, cakes and biscuits from any novel they may have read or make up a brand new invention/product of their own.
There was an array of edible goodies made and I’m sure the children and their parents had lots of fun in the process. Good Luck in the competition boys and girls!
