Today, the year 3 and 4 children were treated to a day of sporting activities at Pendle Leisure Centre. On a hot and humid day, the children took part in five events: hockey, swimming, relay races, dodgeball and football. There was lots of competitive spirit and an abundance of athleticism on show all day. Thanks to Mr Thompson for organising the trip and to all the staff who helped out to give the children an excellent experience. We hope you all enjoyed it, children – sleep well tonight!
